5 days Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 3.30 pm

  • Ad hoc attendance at Staff Meetings - Tuesday's 3.30 to 4.30 pm - 1 hour per month paid on
supply

Springwater School is a successful and popular all-age special school catering for pupils with a
wide range of challenges and needs.

This 1:1 role is to support the class to maintain the 1: 1 ratio required by this pupil and linked to this
pupils' funding and needs. Should the pupil not remain on roll, or the funding change or cease, this
post will no longer be required. The post holder will be part of a dedicated staff team, and we will
provide you access to training support and professional development.
