Minimum Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK
Minimum of 2 references
Enhanced DBS clearance

Experience/Qualifications

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
Experience in a primary school setting

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being
Support school staff to engage children in academic and social activities
Contribute to improving achievement standards for all students
Implement daily routines and age-appropriate activities
Assist with personal care tasks for children
Assess children's development and maintain records as needed
Communicate with parents/carers when required
Adhere to Ripple Education's ethos and safeguarding procedures
Create a conducive environment that meets children's developmental needs
