Job title:

Electrical fitter and Plastic Fabricator


Job type:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

£11.50-£12.50 per hour depending on experience to start, this can improve once competent

(Teenagers or very young starters would be less but above minimum wage for their age)


Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 4:30

Friday 7:30 - 1:30

Our client Balco Engineering is based in the Midlands. They are metal processing plant engineers, founded in 1970. Their product ranges and custom built plant are produced in their factory and they supply throughout the world. Their clients vary from manufacturing companies to government research and teaching establishments.


Description & Requirements:


  • You will be working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fitting up small machines with components and wiring.
  • Working with plastic subassemblies
  • Some knowledge of electrics or reading circuit diagrams would be advantageous but not essential
  • Training given

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

£11.50-£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Birmingham, B42 1DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
