Are you a dynamic Credit Controller ready to make your mark in a thriving accountancy practice? 2fawcett are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our clients team and take charge of their own client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Chasing Overdue Payments:
Take the lead in chasing for overdue payments, ensuring timely resolutions.

Payment Negotiation and Monitoring:
Negotiate and monitor payment plans, maintaining a balance between client needs and financial goals.

Financial Management:
Bank cheques and reconcile payments received to Sage.

Debt Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse debtors and provide customer activity reports to accounts staff.

Credit Control Strategies:

Manage overpayments, implement necessary admin procedures, and make decisions on putting clients on stop or sending them for legal debt recovery.

Organizational Savvy:
Maintain accurate chase information on the database.

Business Support:

Handle other business support tasks, including typing letters, producing company registers, and chasing overdue Companies House confirmation statement filing fees.
