- To supervise Technicians, Craftsmen and Maintenance Support Staff, to ensure an effective and efficient workforce is provided delivering maintenance activities, this will be achieved via the trusts CAFM system (MICAD)
- To assist and support the Electrical Manager in ensuring the Property Maintenance Department operates within all Health and Safety guidelines, and that all Statutory and Mandatory obligations for the Trust are met BS7671
- To undertake the duties of Competent Persons or Approved/Responsible person in either LV/HV or both.

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of medical services to approximately 490,000 people living across southwest London and northeast Surrey.
