Description

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Production Operative on behalf of their mineral-processing client, based in Runcorn. This role is initially temporary-ongoing, but may lead to a permanent position upon successful completion of a probation period. The role is very physical and involves predominantly working outside.

Our client requires someone who is a team player with excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Previous production experience is required, although full training is given on-site.

The role involves:

Manual Handling up to 25 kilo
Machine Operating
Working as part of a team to ensure the product is dispatched on time
Liaising with drivers coming into site
Quality Inspection of finished product
Other production duties as directed

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Pay rate:
£11.53 per hour

Overtime:
Payable at enhanced rates between £17.30 and £23.06 per hour

There may be the requirement to work shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm to cover holidays, sickness etc. The rate of pay for these hours is £13.26 per hour.
