Maternity cover Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will work on a full time basis to suit your personal circumstances, the business operates between 8:15AM-5PM.

This will be a fixed term contract of 12 months initially with an opportunity to go permanent.

Have a look at some of the daily duties in this
Purchase Ledger Assistant:

  • Contacting internally as well as externally
  • Printing/Scanning invoices
  • Checking and posting invoices ensuring accuracy
  • Handling statements reconciliations
  • Archiving invoices
  • Providing administrative assistance to the wider Finance team

The successful applicant will be:


  • Customer service focused
  • Previous finance experience
  • Able to prioritise and multitask
