Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs across the East Midlands.**Our Management Information Team are recruiting a Database Administrator to support the strategic and operational requirements of the organisation. You will be responsible for the design, administration, and reporting from SQL databases and related performance management and CRM systems. You will help review and align all Framework systems and be part of project teams designed to improve systems and drive efficiency. This role is essential to the running of Frameworks systems and will suit an experienced IT professional with excellent administration and communication skills.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • SQL database support, development, and maintenance. Development of SQL reports and queries.
  • Salesforce Inform support, development, and maintenance. Development of Salesforce Inform reports and queries.
  • Develop new databases and performance management systems.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to obtain meaningful requirements and specifications for new and existing database and performance management systems.
  • External reporting and associated administration.
  • Research alternative methods to increase the effectiveness of systems.
  • Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy working with support and operations to correct data quality errors.
  • Lead on the gathering, collation, validation, preparation, and exchange of data and information for internal and external audiences and for audit purposes.
  • Create and maintain regular reports for managers, other internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactively monitor measure, analyse, execute, track and report on data quality issues.

Essential Experience:


  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Servers and writing SQL queries.
  • Database administration skills and design skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access skills including use of formulae, macros, and VBA.
  • Experience of developing information systems and business processes.
  • Experience of managing and analysing data.
  • Experience of developing complex software within a data management context.
  • Experience of report writing and statistical analysis.
