Working Week: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday


Salary:

Where will you work?
A beautiful beach front location on the Fylde coast, specifically: Jubilee House, East Beach, Lytham St. Anne's FY8 5FT.


Purpose

Working with the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for ensuring checks are completed and follow ups are made to ensure improvements and efficiencies have been realised.

You will also support in administering and co-ordinating company information for reporting and compliance purposes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate robust quality and compliance audits and checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure nonconformities are rectified and actions to prevent further occurrences have been implemented, using your findings to suggest and help to implement improvements to processes resulting in fewer nonconformities and improved quality
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of information as required to ensure quality and compliance of services i.e. end of month reports, payroll findings and HMRC tax enquiries and responses
  • Assist with the collation and analysis of feedback to understand opportunities to improve and enable efficiencies to be realised i.e. surveys, the improvement log and customer thermometer
  • Support with system and process improvement projects to enable business efficiencies and therefore growth.
  • Support the wider compliance and new client team as required to ensure cover is provided and customer service levels remain consistent

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)

From £20,000.00 per year
