Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a large manufacturer who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a Permanent basis.

Job Purpose


To advise and offer first line support the Site Management teams with issues relating to recruitment, retention and all people related issues.


Responsibilities:

To assist the Group Head of HR with daily administrative support

Comply fully with companies General Data Protection regulations (GDPR) framework when collecting and processing sensitive date in accordance with our policies and procedures

Carry out pre-employment screening including references, identity checks and immigration/right to work status for monthly paid employees

Issue contract of employment to all monthly paid employees in a timely and efficient manner ensuring 100% accuracy

Provide first line support and guidance with site disciplinary issues, investigations, and grievances

Coordinate all aspects of weekly recruitment campaigns and take active lead in demonstrating a positive working environment

Organise inductions for new starters and be responsible for issuing PPE, work wear, security passes and badges

Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date at all times including personnel files at all sites

Any other duties that could be reasonably expected within the remit of the role


Requirements:

An excellent communicator with the ability to deal efficiently and sympathetically with stakeholders across the whole business.

Good knowledge of current UK employment law with excellent organisational skills.

An eye for detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
