The School of Histories, Languages & Cultures is seeking to appoint a permanent full-time Research and Impact Co-ordinator.


You will be an integral member of the School¿s Professional Services team, working closely with a wide range of academic and research staff and acting as a key point of contact for research administration matters both within and external to the School.


Assisting with all local aspects of research and impact, postgraduate research and financial administration, this role is vital in supporting the School¿s strategic research objectives.

You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) with high level IT, communication, organisational and time management skills.

Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word) is essential and experience of research support administration is desirable.


You should have proven experience of working at an appropriate level in an HEI or similar large organisation, with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to compile, analyse and interpret complex data and policies and the ability to build effective working relationships both within the School and across the University.

Interviews will take place in the week commencing 27 March 2023.
