Key Responsibilities

Managing client projects relating to custom software requests.

Evaluating and investigating the technical approach to a clients' need.

Transforming client feature requests into technical solutions.

Creating custom reports for clients, developing user interfaces.

Integrating bespoke client features

Assisting our app services team with migrating our custom features to Cloud.

Assisting our functional consultants with reporting and data integration.

Meeting with clients, when required.

Supporting client deployment for custom work, when required.

Reviewing functional specifications, estimating project timescales.
