    We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who has a keen interest in Print Solutions to work remotely in South UK.

    About the Role:

    • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and insights related to print solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop customized print solutions for clients, aligning with their business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Technical Assessment: Perform a detailed analysis of client requirements for print solutions, including print infrastructure and document management systems.
    • Solution Development: Work with the sales team to create personalized print solutions that meet client needs and challenges.
    • Proposal Creation: Assist in developing detailed proposals outlining recommended print solutions and their benefits for clients.
    • Product Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities of recommended print solutions through presentations to potential clients.
    • Client Consultation: Offer advice on print technology trends and best practices to help clients make informed decisions.
    • Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support the sales process and ensure seamless implementation.
    • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with print technology vendors to stay informed about product developments and pricing.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in print technology to identify new opportunities.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Thorough understanding of print technologies, including printers, copiers, scanners, and document management systems.
    • Familiarity with print-related software solutions like print management software and document security systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
    • Previous experience in pre-sales or technical sales support is advantageous.
