I am a Food Technology Professional with over 10 years of experience in Food Industry. Combining deep specification, artwork, product launch and food safety and legality knowledge to provide Food Technical Support to stakeholders. 

• Lead line extensions and new product launches from development to commercialization.
• Ensure supplier partners manufacture products to customers requirements and COP as well as BRC requirements.
• Manage critical paths and customer’s gate processes as part of NPD/EPD launches via liaising suppliers, NPD team, customers, artwork design agencies, commercial and supply chain teams. 
• Work with artwork houses and printers to generate artworks compliant with legal requirements and ensure products have accurate active specifications before launch. 
• Review finished products against required quality attribute specifications which include full organoleptic assessment.
• Ensure product specifications completed accurately first time on customer’s online specification systems. 
• Provide technical support to our Supplier Partners during the Customer Food Safety Remote/ Physical Audits.
• Maintain and complete traceability and mock recall exercises for customers with our supplier partners. 
• Support our customers with their packaging reporting via managing accurate Valpak Packaging Data completion.
• Provide technical support to our supply chain and commercial stakeholders with routine and ad hoc data requests.
• Continuous review of customer COP and conduct GAP analyses to ensure product/production meets customer requirements and communicate updates to the site.
• Monitor customer complaints and work with suppliers to investigate complaints and trends as well as developing and delivering action plans for complaint reduction.
• As a Packaging Lead, manage the technical and sustainability requirements for packaging for the business and ensure the 2025 packaging targets are achieved and the team is kept up to date with the new legislation i.e EPR and packaging tax levy.
