Role Introduction:
Are you interested in starting a career within IT? We are looking for a Associate Technical Support Consultant to join our existing technical support team supporting over 12,000 users, both in our own hosted and customers on-premise IT environments.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure an
exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction is met at all customer touch points
What You Will Have:
- Effective
problem solving skills: - Welldeveloped oral and written
communication skills, with a
passion for customer satisfaction
Well organised, with the ability to work proactively in a team in a busy environment
- Experience with using Microsoft
- A
positive approach to training and selfdevelopment.
