What You Will Do:

Create captivating videos and content for our careers website and social media.

Drive our Advanced Employer Brand, vision, and values through strategic People Experience content.

Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams for maximum impact.

Enhance
recruitment marketing campaigns across departments and locations.

Optimize content and
craft compelling social messages on the go.

Conduct Persona research and
innovate talent attraction strategies.

What You Will Have:

Proficient in video creation tools and content editing, delivering highquality videos for social media.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging blogs, captivating social media copy, and compelling narratives.
A natural relationship builder, able to connect with people at all levels, ensuring the content resonates with our diverse audience.
Selfdriven and proactive, you bring innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team while managing your time effectively.
