Description
Role Introduction:
- We are looking for a highly motivated person, who enjoys building relationships to join our Sales team. This will be a great opportunity to learn from our sales team, both in supporting the team and their sales process. This an entry level role and you will be given all the tools you need to succeed and build a career in Sales.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound upsell opportunities from our existing customer base (e.g. additional licences, purchase of extra professional services resource, hardware, etc.)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any customer queries
- Responsible for managing upsell leads from our Customer Support and Professional Services teams
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks such as customer/ internal queries
What You Will Have:
- Strong
communication skills - Comfortable in
engaging with people over the telephone - An accomplished
relationship building with a strong focus on exceptional

hit targets
