Role Introduction:
We are looking for adaptable and motivated individuals to join our finance team in Birmingham. Working within our Finance Operations Teams
This is a busy role working across all finance operations functions and is a key member of our teams.
The role requires attention to detail and a high level of accuracy at pace delivering excellent satisfaction to our customers and a quick response to their queries.
Please note this role is based at our Birmingham Office.
What You Will Do:
- Working as part of a team you will undertake various administration tasks:
- Manage incoming mailboxes
- Respond to quick win queries.
- Assign queries to internal teams.
- Allocate credits and payments and chase for missing remittances.
- Process invoices and customer credits.
- Create internal orders to resolve invoice queries.
- Process customer cancellations.
- Resolve Purchase Order queries with customer.
What You Will Have:
- Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.
- Experience of working with Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadline.
- Attention to detail to drive accuracy.
- Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a customercentric approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
