    Description

    Job Title: Property Manager

    Looking to join a dynamic team? Our client, a top residential block and estate management company in Buckinghamshire, is in need of a property manager to handle a portfolio of blocks and estates for Residents Management Companies in the northern home counties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop service charge budgets
    • Conduct regular inspections of developments
    • Coordinate maintenance tasks
    • Ensure contractor adherence
    • Address inquiries from residents and leaseholders
    • Maintain high health and safety standards
    • Deliver consistent client reports

    Requirements:

    • Proficient IT abilities
    • Exceptional eye for detail
    • Outstanding customer service aptitude
    • Effective time management
    • Capability to work autonomously and cooperatively
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ingenuity
    • Must hold a full UK driving license and have own vehicle

    Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

    Salary and Benefits: £28,500 - £38,000, 28 days of annual leave, pension scheme included.
