    About the role

    The Education Capital and Places Planning Team has great opportunities for strategic minds who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children in Cambridgeshire. These permanent positions are perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, thriving in long-term, intricate projects.

    The team holds the responsibility to ensure an adequate provision of early years and childcare, school, and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities placements throughout Cambridgeshire. Collaboration with Early Years settings, schools, Academy Trusts, the Department of Education, planning teams, developers, consultants, and contractors is essential to achieve this goal.

    If you are selected for an interview, you will have the opportunity to express your preference for a role focusing on Early Years, Capital Education Project Management, or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Alternatively, you can opt to be considered for all available opportunities.

    Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification and showcase outstanding project management skills, a dedication to Equality and Diversity, and strategic thinking abilities.
