Role fundamentals
- Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible, supporting improvements where needed.
- Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as health and safety regulations and any industryspecific best practice guidelines
- Collecting and analysing data to identify seasonal trends to support the most effective running of the daytoday scheduling and resource allocation of our desk and fieldbased technicians.
- Ensuring that the business has the personnel and resources needed to meet demand.
- Working with members of different departments to plan for future expansion or diversification as well as planning for project work and future projects.

About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating the activities of our field team to ensure a streamlined and efficient Operation, resulting in excellent service for our customers and colleagues.
In this role you will be building excellent working relationships with both staff and clients in the Service Centre and beyond and be the go to person who designs and delivers an effective operation with couriers and suppliers.
