Role fundamentals - What you'll do:

Administration of Connectwise database
Convert Sales Orders to Delivery/Simple/Complex projects and implement products and services as required.
Close projects and monitor sign off documentation
Check pre installation documentation
Maintain Smart support schedules
Work with the wider support teams (such as Finance) to manage fleet vehicles
Manage warranties
Maintain schedules and calendars for technical staff, arrange and confirm appointments.
Create, prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents to clients and colleagues
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Support wider P.M.O as required

What you'll need to succeed:

Able to work towards deadlines with strong planning and organisational skills.
Able to work on own initiative and in a team
Attention to detail and a practical mindset
Excellent IT skills
Project ownership
An open, personable, and friendly approach.
