We're therefore looking for a driven individual who is keen to make a difference to hundreds of schools across the UK.
Role fundamentals - What you'll do:
- Administration of Connectwise database
- Convert Sales Orders to Delivery/Simple/Complex projects and implement products and services as required.
- Close projects and monitor sign off documentation
- Check pre installation documentation
- Maintain Smart support schedules
- Work with the wider support teams (such as Finance) to manage fleet vehicles
- Manage warranties
- Maintain schedules and calendars for technical staff, arrange and confirm appointments.
- Create, prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents to clients and colleagues
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Support wider P.M.O as required

- Able to work on own initiative and in a team
- Attention to detail and a practical mindset
- Excellent IT skills

Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
