onefinestay is looking for a Guest Sales Advisor within our

Guest Sales Team:
a results-driven travel advisor to actively sell reservations for properties in specific destinations.

You will provide appropriate suggestions for every new guest in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability, based on your knowledge and expertise in specific destinations on which you will be trained.

The Guest Sales team handles inquiries for guests looking to stay in any of our properties around the globe.

They are experts on the destinations they sell, our services and learn about guests' preferences in order to match them with the best homes available.


The Guest Sales Advisor is responsible for getting reservations across the line for properties in locations in which they are trained to sell.

They will also be involved in assisting management and other functional areas with strategic projects or assignments as needed.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell onefinestay properties with strong negotiation tactics to new guests who have inquired about our destinations
  • Ability to communicate our luxury portfolio to our guests, understanding their needs, consulting on properties and promoting our additional services to give them a full onefinestay experience
  • Assist management and other functional areas (with highvalue bookings) by sharing knowledge and expertise about destinations
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure guests' satisfaction and future sales
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes such as monthly KPI target and revenue based targets
  • Establish a repeat client base, maintaining these relationships so you become the first point of contact for their travel needs
  • Track leads and status reports, and follow up with guests
  • Share ideas with management (e.g. Regional Managers) about customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new properties and services
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge about destinations by attending crosstraining and establishing strong relationships with Stay Managers, PMC's, or local teams
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications and experience

  • Proven track record of strong performance in sales with an ability to build lasting relationships with repeat customers
  • Strong organizational skills and time management. This role can bring on up to 50 new clients per week, which require efficient communication with internal and external partners, clients and homeowners
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM practices
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Product & destination knowledge
  • Second language ideal, preference for Spanish or French
