Head of Communications & Marketing - External Relations Team
Hours:
Full-Time, 35 hours per week (consideration for substantial part-time and/or flexible working will be given)
Salary:
£38,000 to £43,000 (pro rata for part-time working)
Location:
Based in our Diocesan Office in Stoke Gifford (North Bristol)

The Role
We're the Diocese of Bristol - the Church of England across Bristol, South Gloucester, North Wiltshire and Swindon.

To achieve this, we are building a dynamic new External Relations Team who will be responsible for delivering an ambitious Fundraising, Communications & Marketing and Strategic Partnerships strategy.
As Head of Communications & Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of compelling brand storytelling, income generating public marketing campaigns and engaging with the professional media.
You will:
- Tell powerful stories through relevant, engaging digital and written content for a range of audiences.
- Ensure consistency of concept, design, style and quality across all our communication channels.
- Develop insightled supporter journeys in alignment with your fundraising and partnerships colleagues.
- Provide comms support and profile building for the Bishop's office.
- Be an organised selfstarter who will be empowered to think creatively and contribute original ideas in a fun, energetic team.
