    Description

    Are you a confident individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail? Do you have a background in Higher Education and are eager to contribute to improving educational processes? If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking an Educational Process Review Officer to join a dynamic team at a London University on a full-time basis for a six-month contract. This role offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work three days in the office and two days remotely, or adjust to four or five office days according to preference.

    As an Educational Process Review Officer, you will play a key role within a fast-paced team, requiring excellent communication skills to engage with senior staff effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting process reviews, data analysis, and report generation to drive positive changes.

    Educational Process Review Officer Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing assistance to the Process Review Manager
    • Conducting reviews of student academic processes, especially focusing on online learning
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with Senior Leads to evaluate and improve procedures
    • Managing data collection and preparing reports
    • Creating Training Guides
    • Supporting the team with varied administrative tasks as needed

    Educational Process Review Officer Key Skills:

    • Demonstrating a proactive and confident work approach with strong interpersonal skills to drive change
    • Exhibiting exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
    • Possessing effective written and verbal communication skills
    • High proficiency in IT and experience with Project Management Systems; familiarity with MIRO is advantageous
