THE ROLE:This reputable law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of 5 years' PQE. In this office based role you will be working for a team of well-trained and supportive individuals, for a period of three weeks from 27thFeb to 17th March. The appointed solicitor will handle a varied caseload and you will advise clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters to include, commercial sales and purchases including portfolios, small business acquisitions and disposals andlandlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants. You will be joining a busy property team who are experienced in advising across the full remit of Commercial Property law.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors who have experience in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer must possess the ability to take a commercial and practical approach as well as the abilityto work as part of a team and on own initiative and prioritise workloads.

You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. Your ability to hit the ground running as a locum will be crucialto your success in this role.
