An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented contentious probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an award winning legal 500 firm based in South East London.

The business is well respected across the region with multiple offices and well knownfor delivering an exceptional client service to their commercial and private clients.

The firm are proud of their reputation for training and support and offering opportunities for career progression.

They are seeking a proficient individual with at least3 years post qualification experience able to work with mínimal supervision to join their high performing team.

You will be confident and able to work in a high pressure environment with a sound knowledge of contentious probate law.

The role will see you useyour expertise in litigation to manage a caseload of contentious wills, trust and probates.

Ideally you will have experience in relation to disputes concerning, Inheritance disputes, Breach of trust claims, IPFDA Claims, Validity and rectification of wills,Applications to remove executors/trustees.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to play a part in business development, as well as taking part in marketing initiatives in line with the vison of the firm.


To be successful you will:

  • Have have gainedat least 3 years PQE in a similar role.
