An exciting opportunity with an established HVAC service contractor.

We are looking for a Mechanical Sales & Key Account Manager or Service Sales Engineer for a HVAC / Mechanical Contractor in Yorkshire.

This is suitable for Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, Account Managers and any other external salesperson who has a backgroundin selling service and maintenance or planned preventative maintenance contracts to facilities management companies and end users to grow the business.

They offer a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (which is negotiable) plus commission which will be discussed at Interview stage.

Sales & Key Account Manager Position Overview

Develop new sales to grow the maintenance business for service & maintenance division in line with agreed targets for turnover and contribution
Manage the existing planned maintenance portfolio client relationships
Develop new leads for small works and projects (£5k £500k)
Develop customer relationships
Proactively network across all channels
Putting together plans and estimates, including budgets and timescales
