At Car Care Plan, we're looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join our Consumer Claims Team in Thornbury Bradford.

As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with customers claims and general enquires received from customers, dealerships, and internal customers.

Delivering outstanding products and services to our clients, partners and consumers through innovation, niche expertise and unparallel service, you'll ensure your priority and focus is delivering the best outcomes for both the consumer and the business.

This role works to three rotating shifts: Monday

Friday , and _

1 in every 3 Saturdays is required and you will deduct this from that working week_
