Team Leader - 2nd
Line Support
Based in Maidstone, UK. Hybrid - visits to the office at least twice a week.

Our client is a Global Leader in Auditing and Financial Reporting Software, providing desktop and cloud accounting software.

Your Duties:

Conduct periodic staff appraisals and review performances
:

A duty to assure that all cases and resolutions are logged accurately on the service management system
:

Worked in a fast paced environment previously
:

Maintain a working knowledge of the software tools used by the team
:

Liaise with the Technical Support Manager and EMT to identify and arrange training requirements where needed for your team
:

-
Ensure your team is fully briefed ahead of any new landing products and software and assure they'
re fully trained
:

-
Monitor progress of cases through to them being resolved.**:


  • Be responsible for the day to day
    staff supervision.

You will have:

A passion for technology

Experience in a software and customer support role in a fast paced environment

Problem solving abilities:

-
Understanding or experience working in the Accounting or Financial industry would be a bonus.
