My client, one of the UK's leading family-run businesses, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing and diverse team.


The Role

  • Involvement in Permanent, Seasonal, Internal, and Agency Recruitment.
To include offer letters for seasonal workers and Right to Work and Visa Checks

  • Supporting staff inductions and onboarding process
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Absence management
  • KPI reporting and data capture
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Good level of admin including outlook & excel
  • Can tackle complex and sometimes challenging situations head on
  • Being a team player with a flexible approach to work
- prepared to get stuck into whatever the day throws your way


Preferable Additions:


  • Ability to speak Russian or Romanian
  • CIPD level 5 qualified
