Talk Staff are delighted to be supporting a rapidly expanding PE backed manufacturing business in Nottingham to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

The role will see you work closely with the Logistics and Procurement teams and report to a newly appointed Commercial Finance Manager.

The role will require someone comfortable getting out into the business and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.


The role:


  • Responsible for identifying costs & benefits
  • Analysising and reporting of costs
  • Reconciling reported costs
  • Working with the product costing team to advise on cost assumptions
  • Reviewing and verifing of commodity prices
  • Tracking rebates

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA although late stage studiers will be considered
  • Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Advaced Excel skills
  • Excellent communicator

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday with remote/hybrid working on offer
