Are you a customer focused individual looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Belper are looking to hire a customer service advisor to join their growing business on a temporary to perm basis.
You will be providing an excellent customer service experience & will be confident at speaking on the telephone to others.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Strong IT Skills
- training provided for internal systems
- High standard of literacy, spelling & punctuation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Receiving initial and ongoing product training
- Resolution of any account issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Dealing with customer queries & account issues
- Communicating with third party companies to progress any issues
- Recording all activity on internal system
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £11.19 per hour
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday
Free on site parking, bus stop right outside if commuting by public transport, on site restaurant, additional benefits after 12 weeks service.
