The Role

Here at Fortem our Apprentices are the heart of our business, and we believe that their development and training is key to our success.

Therefore, we are delighted to confirm that we are looking for Business Administration Apprentice to join our Fortem team at our Town & Country contract, which is a joint venture with Town & Country Housing based from our Tunbridge Wells branch.

We are seeking a driven and committed Apprentice who will be the future of our business in years to come.

As an Apprentice with Fortem, you will complete an NVQ in Business Administration at college, whilst working with your mentor, putting your knowledge and skills learned into practice "on the job".


The Project

You will have a clear plan around your development and our unrivalled apprenticeship scheme has proved time and time again that developing our next generation of future talent is imperative to our growth plans.

Upon graduation, you will be supported in progressing into a permanent role within the team and to continue your career development journey.


Essential and Desirable Criteria
Qualifications - GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Desired - GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Desired

Additional Information
We offer a competitive Apprentice salary, in addition to a comprehensive benefit package including pension and birthday leave. Assessment Centre's will be held between the 17th and 28th of April 2023. The branch induction and start date will be between the 7th and 25th of August 2023. The apprenticeship college course will commence around the 4th of September 2023.
