Resourcing4HR is partnering with our world-renowned client to find a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in their HR team.

As Recruitment and HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of their recruitment process, ensuring the seamless onboarding of their new hires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently managing endtoend recruitment
  • Providing impeccable administrative support to the HR team
  • Advertising vacancies and maintaining communication with applicants
  • Ensuring all regulatory paperwork is completed before the start date
  • Contributing to a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

About you:

  • Level 3 qualified or working towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification
  • Previous HR generalist experience in a fastpaced office environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a love for streamlined processes
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with applicants
  • A reputation for reliability and professionalism
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a friendly, supportive work environment
