A thriving software company with specialist award winning software based in Kingsbridge, Devon is expanding their client-facing team. Building great customer relationships is THE focus of this role.

Are you a positive tech-savvy individual with customer service experience?

Can you assist and reassure customers with a smile when things go wrong?

Do you like to see things through to resolution?


The successful applicant will be fully trained on platforms and there is an infinite wealth of knowledge to be acquired "on the job".


Essential Skills:
A positive attitude towards learning, problem solving and growth

Excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking to customers, these are regularly key stakeholders or owners of their business.

Total understanding of Microsoft Office.

A keen interest in the world of web and technology for businesses.


Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or help desk-based role for a year or more would be highly beneficial.

Experience of CRM systems for account management, ticketing etc.
