Learning Support Assistant Needed in Ford Primary School - Immediate Start

Do you have a passion for supporting young learners with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our primary school team in Berwick, working with children in KS1.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of individual learning and behavior plans for pupils.
Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and addressing their individual needs.
Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom.
Encourage pupil interaction and participation in teacher-led activities.
Set high expectations to boost self-esteem and encourage independence.
Provide constructive feedback to pupils about their progress and achievements.
