About the role


Our client is looking for a Landlord Compliance Apprentice - (1 post) to join their Property Service & Delivery team.

There is no requirement to attend the office daily, but you will be required to attend their office in Didsbury, Manchester on a regularbasis and their sites across the Greater Manchester area as required to fulfil duties of the role.


You will support the Landlord Compliance team in management of databases, assisting the Landlord Compliance Coordinator in the collation of information, providing regular reports and performance management and monitoring.

Ensuring accurate and up to daterecords of proposed and completed compliance work and finance purposes are maintained.


Ensuring Landlord compliance related certificates/reports are recorded, checked and that non-compliances and additional/ remedial work are identified to the relevant colleague.

Ensuring effective management of systems for delivery of landlord complianceworks, administer the systems to ensure the creation of work orders, budgets, payments etc.

as required and supporting the team in providing accurate, up to date and concise information for internal and external audits as and when required.


You will complete a course of study and be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the training provider The Learning Foundry over a 21 month period.

What are they looking for?


It is essential that you are educated to GCSE standard and at the standard level 2 in Maths and English.

You must have ability of working in a customer facing environment and learn relevant IT packages including Word, Excel, databases and Teams.

Good communicationskills (both verbal and written) and the ability to organise your work and record keeping. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in order to achieve collective goals.
