Description
We are looking to recruit an organised, trustworthy and motivated individual to work as an Accounts Assistant within our accounts & administration team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling Daily Banking and Bank Statement.
- Purchase Ledger maintenance processing invoices to correct nominal codes, reconciling supplier statements and setting up monthly BACS payment runs.
- Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
- Processing customer refunds through the PDQ machine.
- Credit control sending statements, chasing debtors including vehicle debt. Producing a weekly debtor report.
- Processing Warranty Self Billing Invoices.
- Processing Finance Commission statements.
- Petty cash control and monthly reconciliation.
- Processing manufacturer bonus Self Billing Invoices and credit notes.
- Experience within the motor industry would be advantageous including the use of Kerridge system. However full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a team player.
- Good IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.

5 hours per week:
- Salary: Dependent on experience and qualification.
- 20 days' holiday (pro rata) plus statutory bank holidays.
