Element Recruitment are currently working with a market-leading Professional Services business based in Bristol who are looking for ambitious individuals to join their Operations team.
As an Operations Administrator, you will build knowledge on general topics, the type of accounts the business offer and internal administration processes.
Based in Central Bristol.
Salary:
£24,500 (depending on experience level)
Role accountabilities:
- Ensuring all team administrative functions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring team processes are reliable and effective
- Taking ownership for team results
- Communicating well with your team, department, and wider business
- Taking ownership for resolving any issues that are presented
- Taking part in wider department projects when opportunities arise
You will have:
- Financial services/ Administration experience
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve results
- An ambition to progress
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Customer service experience
