Operations Manager Our client, a highly reputable, construction company, are in search of an Operation Manager to join their team.
The Operations Manager with be responsible for managing the company contract negotiations, obligations and implementation.Main Responsibilities:
Measurement, calculation and scheduling of all surfacing product for contracts Responsible for the pricing of works Ability to manage and lead a team whilst ensuring all targets are being made Deliver contract performance in line with agreed budgets Managing the operations team in line with company processes and procedures Maximising outputs, reduce waste by ensuring efficient use of resources Attend and chair meetings to provide updates Interact with sales team to ensure orders are prioritised correctly Completion of safety audits Liaising with multiple departments across the business The successful candidate must have: A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry Excellent negotiating skills Previous experience in managing a team Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload Knowledge within the surfacing industry The successful candidate will receive: Highly attractive salary Employee benefit scheme Additional holiday entitlement Other employee benefits If you are interested in this position or have any further inquiries, click on the apply link below or call for more information
