Here at Serco we're looking for a Credit Controller to join us at Lincolnshire County Council. Reporting into the Senior Credit Controller, you will be dealing with credit control for local authority debts, ensuring the delivery of a quality service to customers and clients
Other administrative / customer support duties will include reviewing invoices and reminder letters for quality control and advising on debt recovery process as and when required.
What you'll need to do the role
You will be a passionate person who has a real interest in finance and accounting. Previous experience and knowledge of credit control procedures and experience of working within a financial environment is essential. You will also have extensive IT skills, both PC packages and financial systems and credit control.
