NHS Property Services have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Change Automation Specialist. The location is flexible. The role attracts a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 Car Allowance, Bonus & 27 Days Holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the quality and accuracy of data and timeliness of data updates using BPA and RPA (at both holistic endtoend workflow levels and granular task levels).
  • Stay abreast of new technologies that can advance our organisation to deliver at pace, with governance and compliance.
  • Work with all data change teams to identify areas of repetitive tasks, to create a Right-FirstTime ethos by reducing the need for manual effort, drive efficiency and create greater value add.
  • Identify customer data changes in the wider organisation that could be migrated into central data change teams, focusing on automation.
  • Help to establish and embed an automation culture and successfully manage challenging stakeholders.
  • Drive endtoend efficiency through automation for all data change.
  • Contribute to BPA and RPA being seen as a recognised function across the business.
  • Act as a key interface into our Digital and Data functional colleagues. Partnering and collaborating to drive common goals.
  • Review data change business processes to establish suitability for RPA.
  • Build a comprehensive annual project plan for all BPA and RPA deliverables, establishing priority bases and dependencies.
  • Design, build and test automation using RPA, Power Automate and any other automation solutions available to meet business needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to create both attended and unattended robotic process automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support during testing and implementation phases.
  • Monitor and maintain automation post deployment to resolve potential issues occurring in a Live environment, looking at continuous improvement to all automation processes.
  • Produce clear, detailed, and accurate supporting documentation for both solutions and user requirements.
  • Create and maintain a full documentation repository to standardise and simplify our ways of working.
  • Manage and influence challenging stakeholder relationships and ensure stakeholders and senior leadership have standardised and regular progress updates.
  • Lead training requirements to support colleagues utilising automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain objective and benefit tracking for all deliverables.
  • Work within an Agile Framework adhering to a 2 week sprint cycle.
  • Lead on all process reviews, estimates and triage for new initiatives and alignment to corporate objectives.
  • Evidence positive automation NPS score across the wider business.

This role will require you to demonstrate the following Experience.

  • Degree level
  • 5+ GCSE's including Maths and English.
  • Knowledge of using NHSPS systems such as Horizon, CORE, NAV, COMPASS front end (GUI) or equivalent recognised property and facility management systems and how business processes hang together.
  • Experience developing and using Automation/Robotic tools and methodologies.
  • An understanding of property and facility management terminology.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate / Advanced RPA skills.
  • Reporting from Property and Facility Management systems.
  • RPA for data entry and management of data for properties, occupancies and facility management within Property and FM systems
  • Commitment to delivering a highquality service at pace.
