    Job description

    As a Compensation Analyst (Reward), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. You will manage all benchmark data on a global scale, produce insightful reports, and drive initiatives to enhance our compensation and benefits offerings. This role requires you to be a team player who is eager to participate in key Reward projects.

    What you will be doing

  • Research, analyze, and monitor global compensation and benefits data and trends, collaborating with external providers for insights and centralizing the benchmarking process with the global People team. Plan and execute the global annual salary and bonus review.
  • Analyze and evaluate benefits offerings, recommend adjustments, coordinate benefits changes with external suppliers, and manage the UK Flexible benefits annual renewal.
  • Develop reports on compensation and benefits trends and costs, present findings to stakeholders, and conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, maintain compensation policies, and complete required reporting, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting in the UK.
  • Support managers and employees on compensation matters, and partner with internal departments to support compensation initiatives and job evaluations.
  • Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience in compensation/benefits analysis, or a related role, preferable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights, and proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
