We are excited to have partnered with a well-established Marketing Agency who work with some of the biggest household brands who are recruiting for an Account Director to join their existing team based in Luton.

As Client Services Director, you'll be responsiblefor end-to-end client delivery, but what's really important here is leading from the front and developing your team as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:


  • The operational delivery of the team's output, meaning you will work closely with blue chip clients and the wider team
  • Strategically, you will be responsible for responding to client briefs, delivering budget and performance forecasts, producing testing frameworks, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and ultimately overseeing the endtoend account management
  • Identify opportunities for development in team members of the team focusing on their individual development
  • Take responsibility for your department in order to deliver excellent end to end project management to each and every client
  • Mentoring and management of your team ensuring time is spent nurturing and growing their skillset, so they feel fulfilled in their work
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and leading your team to do the same
  • Lead client calls, assess and comment on performance, provide insights and make recommendations to drive efficiencies
  • Be involved in new client acquisition and growing existing client accounts in order to deliver business objectives
  • Work as part of the senior management team, fundamental in making strategic decisions that impact your department and the wider business

Essential Skills:


  • 6 years Agency experience is preferred either current or past
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry is preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of Account Managers and Marketing Executives
  • Deep understanding of endtoend marketing solutions both online and offline
  • Strong campaign management taking briefs, budget setting, briefing internal digital channel specialists, presenting strategies, plans, tests for approval, overseeing implementation, analysing performance, reporting, integrating with wider media and marketingplans
  • Ability to challenge a client when asking for things that will either undermine plans or unknowingly impact their ability to meet their objectives
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines without impacting the quality of work
