We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Montessori Lead to join our team. As the Montessori Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and implementing Montessori methodologies, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment for our children. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years education that reflects our Montessori ethos.

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement a rich Montessori curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy and supports each child's individual development.
• Classroom Leadership: Lead and model Montessori best practices, maintaining a prepared environment that fosters independence, creativity, and a love of learning.
• Child Observation & Assessment: Observe children's development, conduct assessments, and document their progress, adapting activities to meet their needs and interests.
• Staff Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to fellow educators, sharing your expertise in Montessori principles and practices to enhance the overall quality of education.
• Parent Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents, offering insights into their child's learning journey and the Montessori approach.
