Description

The company collates market research on behalf of several other companies via conducting telephone interviews and running through questionnaires and surveys with Clients.

The role:

Making outbound calls - cold calling to speak to decision makers in business', asking for their time to conduct a telephone interview or to run through some questions in a survey or questionnaire

Completing the survey and recording the answers in order for the Company to use the research

Duties
Experience of making outbound calls, either within market research or sales or potentially, may consider a graduate looking for temporary work

Confident in overcoming objections and speaking to Main Decision makers

Able to make volume outbound calls

Essential Skills & Experience:

Customer service experience

Outbound dialling experience

Hours:

Full time hours ideally

Hours available are 9:00AM- 5:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Hourly rate £9.50 per hour
