Marketing Manager
£32,000 - £40,000 + Bonus, Uckfield (outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Pension, Parking, Progression Opportunity, Sick Pay

The Role

Design, develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate new business and maintain existing relationships
Develop and design the social media strategy with the intention of growing relevant audiences across LinkedIn and YouTube
Use Adobe, Mailchimp and other marketing software to execute campaigns
Working with the wider business to identify target markets and develop strategy to approach these markets
Take ownership of the marketing strategy of the business and coach less experienced members of the team

Package
Up to £40000 basic + team bonus (up to 15% of annual salary)
