Mitchell Adam is working with a growing, highly acclaimed property business to appoint two new Property Accountants into their bespoke property accounting team based in their beautiful office in Dudley.

Reporting directly into a knowledgeable senior whoused to be in your shoes, you will be managing a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties to complete their service charge accounts, and assist with bespoke reporting and management accounts.

Ideally, you will;

Have previous experience in Service Charge or Property Management.
Be well versed on Excel as you will be using Pivot tables and lookups.
Ideally have experience completing accruals and prepayments.
Be a confident individual, as you will be speaking to multiple external stakeholders.
