eCommerce Sales Advisor

Leading manufacturing business, just on the outskirts of Doncaster (accessible by bus), are looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills to work as eCommerce Sales Advisor, to work within the sales team and process customer quotes and orders.

Salary £21,200 + up to £4,800 bonus, which is paid monthly and quarterly.

As an eCommerce Sales Advisor you will be working as part of a team within a well-established business, liaising with customers and providing an after-sales service.

The duties for the eCommerce Sales Advisor will include:

preparing quotes

- chasing old quotes
- processing inbound orders
- processing payments and raising invoices
- providing after-sales support to the customer

All applicants for the eCommerce Sales Advisor must be very customer focused and IT literate as you will be processing online orders.

The eCommerce Sales Advisor will be well organised and have excellent customer service and telephone skills.

The eCommerce Sales Advisor position offers 22 days holiday + stats (to increase to 25), 38.75 working hours per week Monday to Friday, pension, and the chance to work for a reputable Doncaster based business.
